Hello and welcome,
My name is Chelsea and I foster embodied healing through trauma informed coaching conversations, breathwork, and somatic tools.
My approach to healing is one that incorporates the whole you- mind, body, and spirit. I utilize a variety of modalities rooted in both science and spirituality to create personalized and sustainable healing. By moving beyond the coaching conversation and tapping into the subconscious and the body’s wisdom, we are able to allow for deeper healing and a felt sense of safety in our body and in our lives.
My aim is to empower you to live a fulfilling life beyond your trauma. I hold space for you to process your felt experience, make sense of your story, and explore your potential. Together, we work in partnership to create tools to live a meaningful life and achieve your goals. As your own self healer, you are capable of living a life of freedom, creativity, joy, authenticity, and possibility.
